Doing Business in China By MBOT and MCBA

After Mississauga Chinese Business Association (MCBA) and the Mississauga Board of Trade (MBOT) successful trade mission to China in 2011 and 2012, this is a follow up session for their members and businesses in Mississauga to hear the expanding opportunity in doing Business in China. 

Today breakfast session was held at Homewood Suites by Hilton at 6430 Edwards Boulevard, Mississauga, L5T 2Y3 and cost participant $25 (includes breakfast, admission and 13% HST).

Whether you are looking to export, invest, attract investment, or develop innovation and R&D partnerships in China, this workshop is designed to provide businesses strategies necessary for starting, redirecting, or growing your business in or within China.

Keynote Speaker: Jiangwei Yu, Commercial Consul at the Consulate General of People’s Republic of China in Toronto (representing Ministry of Commerce, People’s Republic of China) spoke about the opportunity in China and also providing and insight to doing business in China. As well as Deloitte Canada representative expert in Chinese business explain the requirement and knowledge of Chinese accounting and legal requirement to do Business in China.


This breakfast learning workshop was made possible in part due to the generous support of Deloitte Canada, Mississauga  Economic Development, and Homewood Suites by Hilton in Mississauga.

Both organizations had planned for another trade mission to China later this year and the vacancy are very limited to first come first serve. The Greater Toronto Area Chinese Business Association had their trade mission planned for November 23rd., to December 4th., 2012 while the Mississauga Board of Trade had planned their on October 17th., to 27th., 2012.
